Wilko is one of the UK’s most recognisable brands. We’re responsible for the retailer’s digital acquisition channels, implementing strategies to help them turn ambitious growth targets into a reality.

The challenge

Wilko’s ecommerce business has rapidly expanded in recent years. With mature customer acquisition channels already in play, it was over to us to find new opportunities to drive incremental growth.

The solution

With consumer demand for marketplaces increasing, we opened Wilko’s Amazon store, optimised product listings for organic performance and implemented an advertising strategy in time for peak.

To drive footfall to Wilko’s 400 stores and support omnichannel growth, we launched geo-targeted programmatic campaigns across social, display and connected TV.
